We want you to be confident when you work with us. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Website Deposit (50%)
- Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of paying your deposit, as long as work on your project has not started.
- Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. It covers the time already spent on planning, design and development.
If you change your mind after work has started, just tell us. We’ll hand over everything produced so far.
Website Balance (50%)
The balance is paid once you have reviewed and approved your website. Because you only pay it after seeing the finished result, it is non-refundable once paid.
If We Can’t Deliver
If Palmside is unable to deliver your website for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid for the undelivered work.
Maintenance Plan
- No commitment: cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice to contact@palmsideagency.com.
- Months already started are not refunded.
- No cancellation fee.
Founding Client Offer
The same rules apply. The reduced price is not refundable in exchange for not providing the testimonial.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@palmsideagency.com with your business name and the payment concerned. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
